It’s weird; sounds like dubstep and drum & bass were so large during the 2000s, and for some reason we almost forget that the sounds are alive, well, and thriving. You might be able to say that dubstep is on the downward trend in terms of popularity, but when you throw on a mix from Flux Pavilion, you know you’re about to hear some of the best from the scene… even if it’s a grip of his own material. He does drop a handful of cuts by Mizuki, as well as a grip of tracks that we’ve loved from the bass music scene. Holiday weekends were made for slick mixes, and this is one you’ll need on your travels to whatever struggle rave/BBQ/house party you’re attending.
