Big look going into Memorial Day here with a tri-fecta of awesomeness from the dudes that are the CrackBeetz crew. The arsenal of talent from this D.C. rooted squad is just nuts and DAD gets to premiere their latest release for you today. In the first volume of their Just Beetz series, we see outstanding contributions from Chooky, Rvdical The Kid, and Tek.Lun. Chooky kicks off the release for the future feels of “Midnight” and while I’ve been a fan of Chooks for a minute, this might be my favorite cut I’ve ever heard from him. Stealing the scene on this EP though is the contribution from Rvdical The Kid. This vibe-y, super heady mid-tempo house knock on “Don’t You Wanna” is one of the sexiest things I’ve heard in what seems like forever. And if that Britney Spears sample chop doesn’t make you get them feels, I don’t know what else I can do for you. Rounding it out is a swing laden hip-house flip of Clara Hill’s “No Use” that’s just as ace as the other two tunes on this as well. Scoop up these freebies now basically and ask questions later. This shit is all fire.
